For Growth-Stage Companies

Present to investors who write cheques, not tire-kickers

Intimate events where 25–30 qualified allocators hear your story, ask real questions, and build relationships over a meal.

The Opportunity

Skip the conference circuit. Get in front of people who matter.

Large conferences promise hundreds of investors but deliver mostly junior analysts, service providers, and people who came for the free coffee. You burn days preparing, traveling, and pitching—often to an empty room or distracted crowd.

Our events flip the model. Twenty-five to thirty qualified investors—portfolio managers, family office principals, active angels—who chose to spend time evaluating opportunities like yours. No competing tracks. No exhibit hall noise. Just substantive conversation.

01

Qualified Audience

Every attendee is vetted. We screen for accreditation, active deployment, and genuine interest in private tech investment. No tourists.

02

Captive Attention

Fifteen minutes of focused presentation time plus Q&A—with everyone in the room actually watching. Then the meal, where you're seated with investors who want to go deeper.

03

Relationship Building

The meal format creates real conversation. Investors remember founders they've shared a table with—even if the timing isn't right today, you're building pipeline for tomorrow.

The Room

Who You'll Be Presenting To

We curate the investor side as carefully as the company side. Each event brings together a mix of allocator types—providing diverse perspectives and multiple paths to capital.

Our typical room includes independent portfolio managers with discretionary authority, family office investment staff actively deploying in private markets, and experienced angels with track records of direct investment.

These are people who evaluate dozens of opportunities. They know what good looks like. And they're here because they're actively looking.

Who Should Apply

We're selective about presenting companies because our investors expect quality. If you meet these criteria, we'd like to hear from you.

Revenue Stage

Typically $1M+ ARR or clear path to it. We're looking for companies past the idea stage with demonstrated product-market fit.

Active Raise

Currently raising or planning to raise $2M–$50M. Our investors are looking for meaningful allocation opportunities.

Sector Focus

Canadian tech companies in HealthTech, B2B SaaS, AI/ML, FinTech, CleanTech, or adjacent verticals.

Growth Trajectory

Demonstrable growth metrics and a credible path to scale. Investors want to see momentum.

Presentation Ready

A compelling story, polished deck, and a founder who can hold a room. This is your fifteen minutes—make it count.

Relationship Mindset

You understand that capital raising is about building relationships, not closing transactions in a single event.

The Format

How the Event Works

Each event is structured to maximize your exposure while creating genuine connection opportunities.

3-4 Intimate Tables

After presentations, investors choose their seats strategically. The founders they want to learn more about? They'll be at that table. This is where real relationships begin.

About

Who We Are

Why We Started This

After years of attending investor conferences — and hearing the same feedback from both sides — a pattern became clear. Investors were tired of crowded rooms and superficial conversations. Companies were frustrated pitching to disengaged audiences. Everyone wanted quality over quantity. Meaningful interactions over business card exchanges.

So we built something different. Intimate, curated rooms where serious investors meet quality companies. No sponsors. No exhibit halls. No name tags. Just real conversation over a good meal.

The Team

We're a small group with complementary backgrounds spanning investment, marketing, and technology. Between us, we've built companies and organized hundreds of private events in Toronto's investment community.

We stay behind the scenes so the room can focus on what matters — the companies presenting and the investors evaluating them.

Presentation Fees

Presentation slots are limited to three companies per event. Fees are discussed during the qualification call and vary based on event format and timing.

We're transparent about the economics: your fee covers event production, venue, and hospitality. It ensures only serious companies apply—and that we can continue curating quality rooms for investors.

Payment is due upon confirmation, with materials submitted at least one week before the event.
